We hold a “Let’s Skate Day” event each year – this is a fun opportunity for current program skaters to invite family members or friends to join them, experience skating, and share a great time together.
Interscholastic Speedskating Challenge
The Let’s Skate Foundation hosted the 2025 Interscholastic Speedskating Challenge—marking its return after a 45-year gap. This event stands as a pivotal revival milestone in the history of U.S. speedskating, giving students the opportunity to proudly represent their schools on the track and showcase this incredible sport to their peers and classmates. By sparking students’ excitement for speedskating, we can grow participation in the sport in ways never seen before.
